greeting
Prodential Employment Agency, Inc. enhances the skills of Philippine industrial workers by acquiring new technology transfer through technical intern training programs run by the Organization for Technical Intern Training (OTIT) and the Philippine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA). We aim to improve.
Currently, most of the technical intern trainees staying in Japan are dispatched from China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, etc. It is a pity that there are still few companies and cooperatives accepting technical intern trainees from the Philippines.
Filipinos are characterized by their high intelligence and flexibility, as well as their ability to adapt to the Japanese language and training life in Japan. Most Filipinos speak English better than people from other Asian countries. Because of that and their inherent advantages, Filipinos are more competitive than people of other nationalities. If you have any questions about hiring Filipino technical intern trainees, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Besides technical intern trainees going to Japan, we can send workers and engineers professionals in almost all fields to Japan, the Middle East, Europe, Asia, USA, Canada and Australia. .
Recently, there have been many inquiries about “Specified Skilled Engineers” to Japan. We look forward to speaking with you about the details of our services and hope to work with you someday.
We are a venerable temporary staffing agency established on August 5, 1982.

POEA-OTIT skills and technology transfer business (STTP)
The Philippine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA) is the government agency that manages, supervises and regulates the overseas employment program of the Philippine government. POEA screens candidates, provides a preparation plan and issues permits to sending organizations that are duly authorized registered companies to send technical intern trainees to Japan.
On the other hand, the Organization for Technical Intern Training (OTIT) is a Japanese non-profit organization established to provide comprehensive support and services to Japanese private companies and organizations that accept overseas technical intern trainees.
For that reason, POEA-OTIT Skills and Technology Transfer Project (STTP) is a private agreement between Japan and Philippine companies that accept foreign technical intern trainees through practical training programs of Japanese technology. Overseen by POEA.
This agreement, with the support of Japanese Supervising Organizations (SOs), aims to improve the skills and competencies of Filipino workers through on-the-job training in skills, and after returning to the Philippines, the trainees will be able to share what they have learned. Expect to share, teach, and transfer with your colleagues.
In addition, this plan is a joint project between the implementing agency of Japan and the sending agency of the Philippines, Prodential Employment Agency. The purpose is to enhance and improve learning ability.
*This time, from November 1, 2017, a new system will be introduced, and the “Foreign Technical Intern Training Organization” has started anew.
