From application to departure
There are roughly 8 processes before departure, and it takes about 5 to 6 months after the interview.

Conclusion of agreement
Your union and our PEA will conclude an agreement, exchange a special power of attorney (SPA), apply to the Philippine Embassy in Japan, and receive certification from the POEA in the Philippines after issuance.

Detailed meeting
We will have a detailed meeting about the type of job and the number of recruits.

Conducting an interview
We will recruit human resources according to the requirements of the meeting and set up an interview. The interview can be done in person or online.

We will prepare documents related to immigration, stay, and work for human resources who have decided to hire at the interview.

Pre-Japanese training
At our company's Sakura Japanese Language School, we will hold a pre-work training camp. (4 months)

Certificate of Eligibility
First of all, we will obtain a Certificate of Eligibility, which is necessary for visa procedures in Japan.

Visa acquisition, POEA,
Procedures such as OWWA
We will carry out various certification procedures at the Philippine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA) and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), which are necessary for the departure of technical intern trainees and their stay in Japan.

We will take responsibility for sending you to the airport in the Philippines and sending you to your place of work in Japan.
