About salary and benefits
It is required that the amount of remuneration is equal to or higher than that of a Japanese person engaged in equivalent work. If there is no Japanese person engaged in the same work at the company, it will be determined based on the wage regulations of the accepting organization. If there is no wage regulation, the amount of remuneration stated in the employment contract will be compared with the amount of remuneration for specific skilled foreigners engaged in similar work at nearby companies in the same industry.
